How long does a form take?
Typically within 48 hours of a usable blank copy arriving. The free pilot aims for 2 business days. If a form is handwritten or a poor photo, it can take longer, and we will tell you.
Do I need an account to send forms?
No. The upload page takes the blanks and the plan you pick. You can also email them to forms@nopen.com.au, post them, or ask for a collection in Perth. We arrange a collection by email.
What if someone has no smartphone?
They can use a tablet at the desk, or you can keep the paper form. A locked kiosk setup is listed on Clinic Pro and can be added to other plans.
Where is the information stored?
Blank files you upload sit in a private storage bucket. They are not given a public link. Answers people type into a finished form are not stored on this website. Read the security page for how uploads are handled.
Do you connect to Cliniko, Dental4Windows or Core Practice?
No. We do not claim a live integration with any practice system. If you want the form built inside software you already use, send the short request and we'll email you a quote.
What does the free pilot include?
Up to 3 forms, for 30 days, with no card and no setup fee. At the end you can choose a plan. A 12-month term signed within 7 days of the pilot ending waives the setup fee.
Are the prices GST inclusive?
No. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
Can we change a form later?
Yes. Each plan includes a number of small edits a month. A larger change is scored again and quoted.
How long is the contract?
12 months is the standard term. After that it renews month to month unless you sign again. A month-to-month start is $30 more each month, and the setup fee is still payable.
Who owns the questions and the branding?
The form is built from your questions, your logo and your wording.
