No card

Three forms, 30 days, on us.

Send up to 3 blank forms. We rebuild them for phones, with a QR code and your branding, and you use them for 30 days. There is no setup fee and we do not ask for a card to start.

• We aim to have them ready within 2 business days of a usable blank copy.
• Simple and standard forms fit the pilot. If a form is more complex, we will say so before we build it.
• At day 30 you choose a plan, or you stop. A 12-month term signed within 7 days of the pilot ending waives the setup fee.
